This week we were notified that phishing actors have been actively contacting Anlin dealers informing them of the following: "We have recently changed our bank account. In order to update our records, please provide a form for us to fill out our new bank details." THIS EMAIL IS NOT LEGITIMATE, PLEASE DISREGARD.

What to look for: DO NOT respond to any emails from Anlin without the domain name of @Anlin.com.

An example of a recent fake email domain being used is Shannon.Hammonds@anlinswindows.com.

Look for non-valid domains, grammar and spelling errors, incorrect phone numbers, and incorrect addresses.

Although these phishing emails may look legitimate, they do not come from Anlin.

Anlin will be closed for Good Friday 4/18, with the exception of our drivers for delivery. Orders promised for 4/18 will still be delivered, but all other departments will be closed for the day. If any dealer is closed for Good Friday, and has product promised for 4/18, please coordinate with Shipping in advance so they can schedule accordingly.

To our Valued Anlin Dealers,

Due to rising costs of processing fees, effective January 2nd, 2025, Anlin will be changing credit card surcharges from 1.75% to 2.75%. This decision allows Anlin to continue offering credit cards as a payment option to our customers. For states that have a surcharge cap, our system will automatically adjust accordingly. Debit card payments remain free of surcharges.

Anlin recommends dealers use our secure provider, United Tranzactions, for debit and credit card or ACH payments.

Effective on orders received after June 30, 2024, All Anlin Thermacoat painted products will have a 12-year limited warranty on the finish (paint).

In addition, the limited time frame will begin when the consumer receives the product.

The limited warranty begin date also applies to:

Pet Doors (2 years)
Designer Black (15 years)

An updated warranty document will be made available on the dealer portal and the website July 1, 2024.

They are asking for you to reply to their email to get the new routing number.
Do not fall for this scam.

Please be diligent when responding to emails and DO NOT change any payment or remittance information. The payment process you have used in the past is secure and we are not requesting any changes.

Quotes converted to orders after 4:00 PM, (PDT) Monday, April 1st will have the new factors.

E-quote will go off-line commencing at 4:00 PM (PDT) on Monday April 1st until 6:00 AM (PDT) Tuesday April 2nd.

Quotes which are initiated late in the week may not be processed in time and will be confirmed with the new pricing factors.

For years Anlin Windows and Doors has continuously looked for ways to improve. Ensuring we provide the highest level of service to our dealers and homeowners is the driving factor in everything we do. As business needs evolve, some changes need to be adopted to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep that promise. Beginning immediatley, the following changes will be implemented.

ALL DEALERS

Anlin will be introducing a new capacity planning process. During this transition some orders may require reassignment of their estimated delivery date. In the unlikely event that a date needs to change, a notification will be provided within two business days from the intial confirmation. Any questions regarding revised dates should be directed to your Inside Sales Representative.

Anlin is please to announce the addtion of Architectural finishes for Casement and Awning windows. Option includes: the lock cover, crank handle and locking mechanisms. Finishes will include Architectural Bronze, Architectural Black, and Satin Nickel. Polished Brass is not available.

List Price: $150 for each finish.

Due to the high volume of quote requests we are recieving, please have your quote requests in to Anlin by mid-day Wednesday 5/3/2022 to allow us time to process your quote. We cannot hold pricing for quotes that are recieved after mid-day Wednesday this week.

eQuote will go off-line at 3:00 PM, (PDT) on Friday May 6th to allow for system changes and will remain down until appx. 6:00 am (PDT) Monday, May 9th.

Due to current supply issues related to silicone sealants, it is necessary for Anlin to adjust the pricing on these items. These items are priced as NET and are found on the “accessories” tab of your price book. These items have not been adjusted since the onset of the Pandemic and are subject to further correction as the market dictates.

Effective 3/24/2022 All silicone sealant (Clear, White, Tan, Adobe) is $265.00/case, NET, plus tax.

Beginning 11/13/21 when opening any existing quote all line items will automatically recalculate. This feature has been activated to update all quotes for the removal of the Bay View Series. After recalc all Bay View lines will generate a Hard Error that will prevent conversion.

This functionality will only trigger once per quote, immediatley upon opening a quote.

CSMT Limiter is now available with both the Egress and Washability Hinge Hardware options.
Selection of the CSMT Limiter will no longer Auto-Select Egress Hardware.

Please be advised that our extruder has notified us of a delivery shortfall of our proprietary adobe resin compound. This will result in the addition of approximately 4-6 weeks beyond our existing lead-times.
